Hostel Facilities
Separate hostels are available for girls and boys. The hostels are located the Bhubaneswar city.

Transport Services
Transport services will be provided to all the students who need transportation. The bus routes are fixed according to the pattern of the students' location's.

Placement Services
The focus on placement of our students starts right from the day one in the campus. The students will be given employability training starting from the first semester itself to prepare themselves for getting placement in the third year of B.Tech and second year of Doploma. This will take the form of rigorous training in the following areas:

The Workshop
Workshop practice is an essential part of every engineer's training. Our large and well equipped workshop is designed to make this an interesting and fruitful experience for all the students.

The Library
We believe that a good library is one of the greatest asset of a School. The library has a large collection of technical books. In addition, we also have a large collection in English Literature which is essential to help the students to develop their communication skills.

An extensive digital library stocks hundreds of titles comprising of training CDs, Indian and Foreign films, software related materials, etc.

Six Sigma Section
The 6-sigma section looks after the quality initiatives of the college. It monitors all quantitative parameters required for reaching the quality goals set up for the college.

Industry Interface Cell
The IIC takes care of developing strategic partnerships with the industry to allow us to stay at the cutting edge of the changing technology. We have already identified some of the companies like Hewlett-Packard, SUN Microsystems, Oracle Corp. etc., for this purpose.

Healthcare and Wellness Services
Our medical center is headed by a Senior Medical Officer to take care of first aid and to provide basic medical amenities to all our students.

In addition, several wellness workshops are conducted to train students to handle their own health issues in the best possible manner.

A well equipped Gymnasium supervised by a trained fitness instructor provides fitness training to all students and associates.

Feedback to Parents
We expect the parents/guardians to continue to play an important role in the education of our students. To this end, the parents of the students will be informed about the performance of their wards on a continuous basis through post, email and SMS. The parents will also receive a monthly news-letter to apprise them of the events happening in the college.

The Laboratories
The laboratories are well equipped to handle all the experiments of the B.Tech. and MCA courses under BPUT. They have been designed by professionals with vast experience in the area of laboratory training and setup.

Computer Facilities
Indus has a well equipped computer lab connected with a wireless LAN. The wireless LAN makes it possible for any faculty member or student to easily connect to the campus network.

Internet facility is provided through a wireless link and is available for all students for conducting online research. Internet access is also available in the hostels.

A Computer Maintenance Cell takes care of all the hardware and software problems of the computer hardware located in campus and in the hostels.

Every student is provided their own email-ID under the college domain name for their personal and academic use.

Students who wish to purchase their own desktops or laptops will be assisted by the college in finding the lowest cost vendors and in getting good maintenance contracts. The students can also avail the services of the Computer Maintenance Cell for their H/W and S/W problems.
